FAQ'S

Who do you work with?

I accept applications from all women who are ready to find real lasting relief from their GI symptoms and/or hormone imbalances. I will only take on a client if I am 100% confident I can help. The free consultation helps us both to figure out if we are a good fit to work with each other!

Do I have to do functional testing?

Functional testing is on a case by case basis. I have a checklist of bloodwork I like to order that is always included, but beyond that there may or may not be an appropriate test for you. I do not order tests that are unnecessary, and testing is not always the first course of action.

What if I need more than 12 weeks?

Patients can often see significant results in 12 weeks, but there is always an option to renew. Renewed coaching lengths will be determined on a case-by-case basis to ensure we're meeting your needs.

Are there
payment plans?

Yes! I understand that finances are an important concern, and in order to be most accessible to everyone, I offer different payment plan options. If the minimum monthly payment in the application does not work for you, I do provide custom payment plans as well.

I don't think I have any gut problems, is this still right for me?

Absolutely! Gut health is a focus for all of my clients because of the impact it has on the entire body. Some clients think they don't have any gut problems and are surprised to learn that their other symptoms are likely stemming from the gut! The program is always tailored to your unique goals and concerns.

What if my goal is weight loss?

The Functional Fix is a weight neutral program, meaning we define health with a much wider lens than body weight. Many clients that come in with a weight loss objective end up embracing this approach to focus on sustainable healthy habits instead. The free 20-minute discovery call gives us the opportunity to make sure I'm the best fit for your goals prior to moving forward.
